CenturyLink "Embarq" constantly slow?

Any programs or applications on your PC and other devices that constantly uses the internet make sure you have them turned off when you are not using them. Especially programs like Utorrent and Frostwire that constantly uses the upload speed on your internet. After paying a lot of attention to the internet I have realised that uploading files on one computer will slow down the internet for the rest of the computers on the network. So if you are experiencing lag on your online games and slow internet surfing make sure you check all the computer and devices on your network for programs/apps that are downloading and uploading.
